黄循财声称有望在月底前迈入第二阶段解封
自6月2日阻断措施逐步解封后，政府称冠状病毒19疫情趋缓，因此有望按计划在月底前逐步放宽更多措施，迈入第二阶段解封，即可能会重启所有经济活动。
联合领导抗疫跨部门工作小组的国家发展部长兼财政部第二部长黄循财今早（12日）接受彭博社访问时称，目前当局仍持续监控本地疫情，将会在下周向国人宣布最新进展。
他表示，将在本月中旬，依据对疫情的评估决定是否迈入第二阶段的解封，届时将会重启所有的经济活动，包括商店运营，餐饮食肆、社交活动等，但会限制聚会人数。
目前仍然处于第一阶段解封，多数商业活动仍然无法营业，若第二阶段重启，据早前的安排，大部分的商业活动将可能可恢复正常，包括零售、餐饮堂食，住家服务，以及体育场和游泳池等运动和公共设施。
解除阻断措施之后一周，本地社区病例有回升之势，但黄循财称每日新增社区病例数字都在预料之内。
