怒骂快餐店职员面三控状 妇女拒认罪要求自辩
疑不甘久等，而在快餐店前怒骂职员“全家去死”并吐口水的妇女，今早（6月10日）在庭上面控时表示不认罪，要求自行辩护。
日前曾报导一名妇女，在实龙岗NEX购物中心内的快餐店，疑因不满服务而向该店女职员破口大骂，甚至还朝对方吐了两次口水才离开。期间，妇女将口罩拖至下巴处，并没有遮住口鼻。
警方随后也在隔日到事发地点进行调查和跟进工作，并向受影响女职员录取口供。
而妇女怒骂女职员的过程，当时也被录制下来后上传到社交媒体上，引起网民热议。
宏茂桥警察分局警员也在调查的两天后，确认妇女的身份，并将她逮捕归案。
被告林思婷（译音）今日在庭上面对三项控状，即违反2019冠状病毒临时措施、刑事暴力以及防止骚扰法令。
被告今早单独出庭聆审，没有任何代表律师。而在听到控状后，她表示不认罪，且将亲自抗辩，没打算聘请律师。案件被将于7月1日进行审前会议。
