王瑞杰：2021年不调，最迟2025年上调消费税
副总理兼财政部长王瑞杰表示，为确保财政可持续性，即使2021年不调消费税，最迟也要在2025年上调。
今年2月18日，王瑞杰曾表示政府明年不会调高消费税，但是到了2025年仍有需要。
今日他在国会为“坚毅向前”预算案（Fortitude Budget）总结时，表示政府无法无限期不调涨消费税，到了2025年还是得这么做。
