Progress Singapore Party (PSP) will be conducting its first virtual “MeetPSP” session with the party’s Secretary-General Dr Tan Cheng Bock via Facebook Live on 21 May (Thursday) at 8pm.
Based on the event page of the session on Facebook, PSP is extending an invitation to Singaporeans who are residing in the West of Singapore to join the live session to hear Dr Tan speak about his time as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayeh Rajah, as well as his reason behind forming PSP.
“Curious to know more about PSP? We would like to invite Singapore citizens staying in the West of Singapore to our very first MeetPSP,” the party said in the event page.
It added, “During this inaugural session, Dr Tan Cheng Bock will be sharing interesting insights of his time as MP for Ayeh Rajah and the passion behind the founding of the Progress Singapore Party.”
Besides Dr Tan, other PSP members will also be joining him to “share about their journey with the party”.
The event is expected to run from 8pm to 10pm on that day.

网民力量大 男童上学走失终被警员寻获

日前,一名自闭症儿童在芽笼巴鲁一带走失,南通目前在社交媒体发文求助,获千多名网友转发, 发挥网络力量寻人,终在五小时后被警方在NEX商场找到男童。 母亲西蒂(Siti Shahira)也在警方脸书留言,感谢警方找到男童: 西蒂是在16日早上送孩子上学。但七岁的丹尼斯却走失,心急如焚的西蒂只好报警求助,并在脸书发文表示儿子丹尼斯不见了,请网友帮忙找走失的儿子。警方也在社交媒体呼吁公众提供线索。 根据警方贴文,七岁的丹尼斯在16日上午10点,最后出现在芽笼巴鲁第61座组屋,失踪时穿着橙色和白色上衣和橙色短裤。 所幸在网友和警方努力下,丹尼斯最终在下午两点多倍安全找到,西蒂才松了一口气。 警方则发文告知民众在实龙岗NEX商场发现丹尼斯,警员还买了玩具送他,照片中可见丹尼斯一脸雀跃。 网民留言赞扬警方迅速找到男童:
