疫情冲击行情、不堪租车成本 德士司机黯然辞职

在疫情肆虐的情况下,各行各业尽不如意,其中对德士行业的影响甚多。一名在康福德高(ComfortDelGro )工作10年的司机在脸书发文,分享他为何在历经10年的出租车行业后毅然决然辞职的理由。

该名司机名为阿里(译名),他表示在上周三时,他决定离开已工作十年的康福德高,至于为何决定离开,他表示,目前由于疫情的肆虐导致运输业都受到了打击,人们因担心受到感染,避免乘搭德士。

另外,他认为ComfortRide的价格也相当不合理。他解释,在高峰时段,自晚上8点开始便将收取25巴仙的附加费。但向乘客收取的费用却相当便宜,例如从格林威治村(Greenwich V)到滨海湾金沙酒店(Marina Bay Sands)就值13元,而从裕廊西91街到甘榜峇魯(Kampung Bahru)则开价18元。

司机长时间工作接客

同时,费用仍未包括需要扣掉燃料等开支,导致司机需要长时间接客,无法抽出任何休息时间和上厕所的时间,只为了赚取更多。

阿里也补充,即使他们目前仍可享用20元和16元的回扣,但出租车司机的租凭仍相当高,若是他使用私人租用汽车(PHV),他不介意赚取7至12元的车费,因为其租凭费用比一般出租车更低。

另外,Grab日前也宣布将向司机提供每周70元的财政援助,但该财政援助则是以评级来分,获得乘客打星评级较高的司机将可获得85元,而两星以下的评级则获得45元。

Grab称此举是希望以此协助他们渡过疫情期间生意下跌的难关,但却同时宣布取消一项犒赏司机维持载客量的奖励计划。

即是暂停了200次载客趟次获额外津贴的奖励,种种的变化也让赖以为生的出租车司机感觉到恐慌,也同时引起了司机的不满。

Grab发表声明说,听到了司机的心声,“随着乘客需求下滑,游客人次减少,每名司机的载客量都下跌了。在这个时候,我们的初衷是为伙伴司机提供收入保障月不会因司机缴交的佣金减少而把他们降级。”
