陈振声讥疯抢行径“下衰”音频引港媒关注 港网民:体现对当权政府缺信心

贸工部长陈振声,日前出席新加坡中华总商会(SCCCI)的一项闭门会议,不料会议上的谈话内容被录音,音频在网络疯传。

另一方面,新加坡中华总商会也发表文告,证实该会会员是在本月10日,与陈振声进行闭门对话会。然而有关网络流传的音频是未经许可的情况下发布的,且该会早已提醒参与者,那是闭门和不记录的会议,谈话被泄露已违反了诚信。

音频中可听见陈振声,用草根式英语,向与会者解说政府处理口罩问题面对的难处,期间更揶揄一小撮国人到超市疯抢日用品囤货、抢购口罩的行为“下衰”,认为是“白痴”(idiots)行径。

看港人买厕纸,国人也“有样学样”

他非议一些新加坡人,看香港人抢购卫生纸,也有样学样(monkey see monkey do),实则香港的卫生纸供应仰赖中国,新加坡则从邻国马来西亚和印尼进口;再者即便没有卫生纸,还能用水。

即便病患需要的酒精消毒片,此外还有避孕套也被抢购,他表示对这些国人的白痴行径“idiotic”感到不解。

“即便香港表现得很糟,甚至表现得像白痴,还是有人愿意跟他们做生意;但我们表现得“没脑”和不体面,之后就没人愿意跟我们做生意了。再者如果已经有人乘火打劫还疯抢,那么外国商家肯定还要坐地起价。”

“其他人可表现如白痴,但新加坡人不能”

陈振声更直言:“每个人都可以表现得像白痴,但是新加坡人不可以。”

他直言如果包括总理和部长们出席记者会都戴口罩,恐怕今天每个人都会恐慌,医疗系统将瘫痪。例如香港给医护人员的口罩库存已不足一个月,“如果医护人员口罩都不够,要怎样照顾病患?”

“这是艰难决定,如果不派口罩,所有人会说政府不顾老百姓。”

陈振声的谈话似乎也引起香港网民的关注,香港媒体如《头条日报》、《星岛日报》亦报导,指陈振声揶揄香港“低能”,呼吁新加坡民众不应仿效港民抢购囤积物资的行为。

不过一些香港网民就留言,有别于新加坡,香港超过一半生活物资和视频,都依靠中国入口,但疫情爆发影响中国工厂生产;囤积固然不对,但新加坡如此揶揄香港反而显得无知,对实际情况不解。

有者也解释,为何出现疯抢的情况?是因为港民缺乏安全感;也有者反问,新加坡民间也出现抢购,不必五十步笑百步。

“理应一开始就坦率告知”

至于新加坡网民如何看待陈振声的说法?尽管有者认同,当前不应陷入恐慌疯抢口罩,也应优先确保医疗体系的操作。

但有者也指出,一开始就应如在闭门会议里的谈话,坦率告知:“如果一开始就如你的闭门会议那样的坦诚告诉人民,相信人民都会配合政府,甚至会捐出有余的口罩。这是你们的不对,理应跟人民道歉,如今没道歉却是在背后骂人民下衰,白痴”

部长也该检讨,人民对政府是否缺乏信心?

也有者质问,部长理应检讨,何以相比17年前应对SARS疫情,为何现今的新加坡人会做出所谓“下衰”的行径?是否是文化的影响或百姓对政府缺乏信心?
