总理重申身体不适才需戴口罩

我国总理李显龙昨晚(30日)发文,表示理解国人无法买到口罩的焦虑,但重申只有身体不适时才需要戴口罩。

“我理解您们的无法在零售店买到口罩的焦虑。因为新加坡各地都急于买口罩。过去九天已向零售商发出500万口罩,但是需求比预期来得高。”

他指出,卫生部建议只有生病时才需要戴口罩。如果身体健康就不用。

总理也强调政府已动员武装部队、人民协会等机构,为民众准备口罩。有人再次重申将确保那些感到不适和需要口罩的新加坡人,都能得到供应。

昨日政府宣布,将派发多达520万个口罩,予国内130万户家庭。平均每一户新加坡籍家庭,可获分配四个手术口罩。这是一次性的派发口罩活动,总理也提醒,领取者需携带身份证核实身份。

“请留意卫生部的建议,了解什么时候才该使用口罩、如何正确使用口罩。保持良好个人卫生和对社会负责,是我们抵抗病毒的最佳保护。”
