网购进口女童性玩偶 留澳大学生面控

丢脸丢到国外去!一名在澳大利亚留学的26岁我国男子,因为进口貌似女童的性爱玩具,在珀斯法院面控。

26岁的我国男子在澳大利亚留学,之前订购了一个自中国进口的硅树脂玩偶,被海关官员于圣诞节前夕,在航空货运站截获,并于周四(9日)将男子逮捕。

澳大利亚边境执法局(Australian Border Force)在文告中指出,相关的包裹在经过扫描时,发现内部装着一个类似女孩的硅胶玩偶。

因此他们将男子逮捕,并指控他进口该性玩偶。

虽然男子获得有条件保释,但是他必须于1月17日重返珀斯地方法庭。

在澳洲,拥儿童色情材料属违法

一旦进口涉儿童色情材料的罪名成立,男子将被判入狱不超过10年,或罚款不超过52万5000澳元(约48万6500新元),或两者兼施。

澳洲边境执法局官员指出,边防部队人员截获越来越多的类似进口性玩偶,类似玩偶也成为一种新兴的儿童色情材料。

“用于情趣用途、模拟18岁以下儿童制造的玩偶,被归类为不良商品,因此被我国禁止入口。”

他补充说,处理虐待儿童材料也是该部队的重点行动之一。

澳大利亚政府于去年实施禁止拥有儿童性玩偶的法案,违令者将可被判入狱15年。

当局指出,该国也在《刑事法典》中的儿童色情材料的定义作出了修正,直指使用互联网打广告或拉客,或使用邮政服务寄送类似儿童的性玩偶也属犯罪。
