“动用“泼马”不能否定问题” 民主党向人力部申请撤更正指示

据了解,新加坡民主党已在上周五正式向人力部提出申请,要求撤回后者援引《防假消息法》,向该党三则网络贴文发出的更正指示。

上周四(2日),民主党要求人力部长杨莉明撤回更正指示,并作出公开道歉,也坚称该党的相关声明乃是事实。

不过人力部在隔日表示,仍未接到民主党提出的要求撤回指示的申请,并要求该党依循《防假消息法》下的程序提出申请。

对此民主党则在上周五2时50分,向上述部门提出有关申请。

在《防假消息法》下,若相关人士不满部长的更正指示,可向相关发出指示的部长提出上诉。包括可在www.pofmaoffice.gov.sg,填写表格,挑战相关部长/下指示机构的指示。

而在周六发布的贴文,民主党继续针对就业课题穷追猛打,指国人这些年经历行动党政府引进外籍员工政策,特别是PMET(专业人士、经理、执行员和技师),对问题感同身受。

该党强调,即便人力部动用“泼马”法也不能否认问题的存在,“以泼马对付民主党,显示人力部试图把人民的愤怒转移开来,或扼杀政策的辩论。”

时事网申请撤销指示被驳回

另一方面,内政部长兼律政部长尚穆根,已在本月3日驳回时事网States Times Review主编陈智祥,要求撤销假信息更正指示的申请。

去年11月28日,内政部祭出防假消息法,要求来自澳洲的脸书专页State Times Review(STR),发出要求更正指示,指后者的文章存有不实讯息。

根据内政部的声明,有关文章是在本月23日刊登,内容指“新加坡国立大学学生联合会”(NUSSU)脸书粉丝专页的管理人,已经被警方逮捕,以及对我国选举制度作出不实指控。

内政部驳斥无人遭到逮捕,政府也没要求脸书产出有关账户。
