本地日本餐厅用餐妻染沙门氏菌 网友发文控诉餐厅不负责任

妻子吃了本地日本连锁餐厅食物后感染沙门氏菌,导致腹痛发烧逾一周,网友控诉餐厅不负责任。

一名网友Marc Wong在脸书上爆料,13日与妻子在樟宜机场板长寿司(Itacho Sushi)享用晚餐,未料却成为妻子的噩梦。

网友表示,妻子在隔日开始出现发烧腹痛的症状,但也不以为意,认为只要吃药便会好起来。

岂知到了15日,妻子并未如逾期好起来,症状仍然持续,便到诊所打针吃药。不过,病情却未出现好转,反而发烧腹痛症状愈发严重,即日送入安微尼亚山医院接受治疗。

经医院诊断,妻子感染了沙门氏菌,医生也证实引起感染的缘由为食用未煮熟的肉类或海鲜。

网友形容,接下来的三天,由于腹痛持续,妻子过着相当痛苦的日子。

网友也称,妻子在前几日的饮食中,唯一一次食用未煮熟的食物就是来自板长寿司,于是他便致电给板长寿司质问,却得来令他错愕的答案。

板长寿司声称,“可能并非是我们的错,因为她属于个别案件,所以我们不会负责。”

向新加坡食品局投诉

随后,他也向新加坡食品局投诉,但当局并未给出详细的答复,仅在口头上表示将针对该餐厅采取行动。

由于未能在业者和有关当局得到满意的答案,他也在网上开始搜寻相关案例,发现该餐厅曾分别在11月27日与12月9日,发生过类似案例,地点则是在该集团旗下,不同的分店食用食物而中毒。

网友表示,目前妻子已经出院休息,但身体状况却是前所未有的虚弱,因此也呼吁民众勿在樟宜机场的板长寿司饮食,就算是也应吃熟食。

网民劝食用生食需谨慎

此文贴出后,也引起网民的关注,获得了1800次的转载与393个人按赞。许多网民纷纷表达同情,也希望事主妻子能够好起来,同时也有网民表示生食食用是有风险的,尤其是生鱼片,很容易感染沙门氏菌。

网友Jolene Tiew Chongling:食用生食总是有风险,无论在什么餐厅。若想要使用生鱼片,就要适量食用,不要过多,最好是不要吃。如果你有不寻常的症状,请即刻就医,希望妻子能够赶紧好起来。

也有网友分享自己的经验,表示感染沙门氏菌真的很痛苦,严重的话医药费可能会更高

网友ThamYining:没试过沙门氏菌,但两周前,我和朋友也曾在不同的餐厅食用生鱼片后试过食物中毒

网友SohJingWen:我的天啊,希望你的妻子赶紧好起来,沙门氏群是很常被发现在生食里,我的朋友曾在使用生食后有相同的问题,如果问题持续,医药费也会变得很贵,未来想要咨询相关意见可以找我。

但也有部分网友质疑,是否真的是餐厅的错误,因为当天也有上百人在餐厅食用相同的食物,但却未曾获得食物中毒的通知。

网友GilbertHo:很好奇当天与你共同饮食的人接近上百人,那食品局是否有接收到通报?并不是要站在他们那边只是我想确定食品局是否有留意到,他们应该在调查后给你一个明确的答复

网友LevinFoo:不能全怪餐厅吧!当天这么多人也在吃却没事,我昨天带我的孩子去寿司店吃午餐,一个小时候他出疹子,当时我们才知道,到了一定的年纪我们的身体会开始走向下坡。可能在之前她吃都没事,但从当天起,身体出现状况的时候,表示她不能再继续食用,就如同我的孩子一样,我们从未埋怨任何人。
