25岁国大生进厕所偷拍女学生,被控非法入侵与非礼认罪

一名25岁国大生因进入厕所偷拍两名女性,被指控非法入侵与非礼罪,被告目前已认罪。

该名国大生尤俊超(译音,Ryan You Jun Chao),据称他在今年2月11日以及3月5日,分别于早上7点15分以及凌晨2点15分,溜进女厕并偷拍两名女学生洗澡。

据国大发言人向《亚洲新闻台》透露,被告目前已被停课并延期毕业,此外,他还必须接受强制性咨商与康复治疗,同时也会将所有的制裁记录在证书上。

“我们在获悉犯罪事件发生后,立即向受害者提供支持与援助,目前已对被告下达禁止接触的指令。”

国大发言人也强调,此次非礼事件的处置比起以往的处置非礼案件时,实施更严厉的制裁。

“针对行为不端的学生,国立大学将会严正以待,不予宽恕。今年8月,本校也成立了为受害者提供的专门支援管道,提供受害者更多的支持”,发言人表示。

一经定罪,被告将可能面临三个月至一年以上监禁,或罚款1500元。被告听证会将在明年1月20日审理。

国大非礼案风波爆出,提高人们的警觉意识

自4月份,国大爆出轻判非礼加害者而引起众怒,事情由23岁国大女学生马芸(Monica Baey)在社交媒体上爆料,曾于去年11月,在校园宿舍洗澡时,遭到一名24岁男同学偷拍的经历。她表示,警方已经给予男生12个月的严厉警告,国立大学也要求男生写道歉信,并且停课一学期,禁止他进入大学大厅和宿舍,更为他提供辅导。

但针对警方与国大的处置,马芸抨击惩处过轻,而且她叙述事发后的经历,抨击国大与受害者沟通有不足之处,未给予受害人适当协助,且仅透过电话跟进,既缺乏诚意,信息也不够完整。

事件爆出后,立即引起社会的关注,国大师生也纷纷斥责校方的处理不妥,最后在各方的施压下,校方允诺重新检视处置方针,增设不少于300台闭路电视,并且为宿舍厕所的门锁换新,还有增加宿舍保安人数和校园巡逻次数、为宿舍和体育设施内,超过860件浴室隔间安装上方或门下的隔板。

此外也会成立在8月底国大受害者关怀组,且设有由法律、社会工作和心里医疗等领域专家组成的顾问委员会,让所有受害者都能够获得持续性的支援。

国会在5月三读通过刑事法典修法,偷窥或偷拍者日后被定罪,将被罚监禁最长两年,比非礼罪的监禁刑罚还多一倍。
