贸工部预估明年经济增长0.5至2.5巴仙

上月14日,贸工部公布对新加坡第三季经济的初步预估数据,整体国内生产总值(GDP)增长仅0.1巴仙,与第二季度持平。

不过今日该部公布较乐观的GDP预估增长,2019年约为0.5至1巴仙,以及明年为0.5至2.5巴仙。

贸工部称我国经济在第三季度的同比增长达到0.5巴仙,比之前预估的0.1巴仙高。

经季节性调整按环比折年率计算,经济增长2.1巴仙,而第二季度则是负增长2.7巴仙。

制造业受到电子产品影响同比滑落1.7巴仙,惟其他制造领域增长,如生物医学制造领域增长最强劲。

建筑业在公共与私人领域带动下同比增长2.9巴仙;零售领域萎缩3.3巴仙,主要是因为机械、设备和供应等领域,因为电子出口表现而下滑。

至于运输和仓储领域增长持平,比此前2.4巴仙的增长放缓。空运领域则基于空航搭客增长稳健成长。

贸工部预测明年温和增长

贸工部预测2020年,由于新兴市场和发展中经济体增长前景的改善,预计全球增长将出现温和回升。不过新加坡数个关键需求市场,如美国和中国预料仍会放缓。

亚洲方面,中国明年增长预计减速,基于该国进行金融改革以打击影子银行活动,而美国关税仍会对中国出口构成压力;香港等地的地缘性不确定因素亦对周边和新加坡等地溢出负面影响。

该部预测整体上新加坡在明年能取得“温和增长”,特别是电子和精密工程领域有望逐步复苏、数码工艺、金融和保险业务保持健康增长。
