父母家长亦申诉电动滑板车禁令造成不便

早前,交通部宣布政府和三大送餐公司协商,政府和三家主要送餐公司将联手,提供700万元的津贴,协助送餐员把电动滑板车折旧,改用脚踏车等其他代步工具。

不过,在一些社交媒体,也有父母家长反映,他们也使用个人代步工具载送孩子上学放学,然而禁令也让他们面对许多不便,也无法达到“活跃通勤”的效果。

电动滑板车禁令自11月4日公布后,使依靠该代步工具送外卖的送餐员生计大受影响因。周二(12日)晚上,约300名送餐员出席在安谷民众俱乐部(Anchorvale Community Club)举行的对话会,也向盛港西单选区议员蓝彬明医生申诉他们的问题。

蓝彬明随后也在其脸书上,重点讲解他与送餐员们的商议,坦言没有完美的解决方案;禁止电动滑板车在行人道上行驶,是为了保护大多数行人的安全。

蓝彬明也指出,GrabFood为其送餐伙伴提供了转换交通工具的补助金;若送餐员有难处也可向他们的国会议员反映。

斥资700万元协助送餐员

据出席者向《今日报》反映,蓝彬明向他们详细讲解了总额700万元的以旧换新援助计划,以帮助送餐员们在无需额外付费下,将电动滑板车转换为电动脚车。

此计划是政府和新加坡三大送餐公司的协议合作,为三大送餐公司的送餐骑士们提供高达1000元现款,让他们将现有的电板车换成电动脚车或普通脚车。

蓝彬明也在其脸书帖文下总结说,“随着我们的改进,也希望行人能够为负责人的骑士们着想,尽可能地使用行人道,让骑士们能够执行责任之余,也照顾到行人安全” 。

父母吁政府别加剧其困境

虽然政府正想方设法协助受影响的送餐员,甚至设立了总额700万元的以旧换新援助计划,但是他们似乎也忽略,也有父母家长是使用电动滑板车,送孩子上学的。

基于个人代步工具价格比汽车便宜,且在高峰时段能够更快将孩子送到学校,所以都成为父母的首选工具。

在Telegram的个人代步工具父母群组中,有超过300名成员聚集讨论问题,且人数还在不断上升,有关的禁令也给他们带来了打击。

“上个月才买电动滑板车”

署名Wan的男子指出,他于上个月以分期付款的方式,为妻子购买了持有UL2272认证的Fiido电动滑板车,希望能省下搭德士费用,也让妻子能自己赚取零花钱。但是有关禁令却让他在一夜间陷入负债状况,甚至影响他和妻子的关系。

“政府的行动正在破坏家庭关系,致使我们负债累累,我最近都过得非常压抑。”

一名母亲也指出,她通常都使用个人代步工具送孩子上学,她表示有关的路程若改用巴士并不方便,因为她必须转乘两趟巴士后,再行走一段路程才能抵达孩子的学校。

署名蒂娜(Tina Sutina)的母亲表示,她只是一名清洁工人,没有能力使用脚车在工作地点和孩子学校之间来回。她也补充道,晚上她还兼职Grab骑士。

“你告诉我吧,若你在我的立场,你是否能够每天使用脚车,在多个地方不断来回?”

而在蓝彬明的帖文评论区,也有一个署名Tracy Tan的网友指出,在新加坡很难养育孩子,而有关禁令加剧了有关情况。

“为什么要加剧我们的困境?学校巴士非没有受到管制,收取非常难以接受的数额。接送孩子的交通状况也因为车辆很多,而变得困难。个人代步工具减轻了有关的情况。”

诺丽渣芳(Noorizhardfan Lizhafir)怎认为政府的决策并没有取得双赢。他指出,之前推出的UL2272准证,旨在遏制火灾和超速问题。因此他质问道,为何不等待这些执法生效后,才来实施全面禁令。“一旦完全生效了,你就可以成立工作组并使用安装在各处的闭路电视,彻底消除有关的局面,这些并非不可能的任务。”

他指出,“我们都知道,此举在某程度上,倾向于为你自新加坡人手中赢取更多选票。昨日参与会面的民众完全意识到这一点。”

他也在评论中列出了选择改用个人代步工具的父母们,所存在的顾虑,其中包括价格更便宜、不受高峰时段的可怕交通影响、能够一次过载送更多孩子、以及公交在高峰时段,并没有适合婴儿车的空间。
