振瑞路铁锅烧尸案:各机构单位对孩子失踪”并不起疑“

振瑞路铁锅烧尸案曾和多个社区组织和援助机构有过接触,据当时访视社工与相关官员与涉案家庭的接触,他们并不曾怀疑过孩子已失踪或可能面临生命危险。

社会及家庭发展部部长李智陞昨日(7日)在国会期间,针对案件作出回应,该涉案家庭已有不同的政府单位与民间机构接触,为该家庭提供经济援助、家庭福利以及儿童保育问题如学前教育等。

根据《亚洲新闻台》报导,李智陞也指出,教育部也有数项针对无法提供孩子登记小学一年级的措施,向这些家长伸出援手,除了发出通知信以外,亦会派遣官员前往家庭访视。他强调,如果孩子并不是和家长同住一屋檐下,教育部也会联络各个机构试图与孩子所寄住的家庭联络。

“该涉案家庭表示,他的孩子目前交由亲友照顾,而且一个两岁的孩子通常都不会是和机构互动的对象。”

李智陞也表示,目前已交由法庭处理,正在进行刑事诉讼调查,因此不便透露该案详情。另外,针对该涉案夫妻仍有其他孩子一事,该如何处置,李智陞表示社会及家庭发展部会持续提供孩子们的资源,确保他们的安全与福利能够被保障。

振瑞路铁锅烧尸案曝光后震惊社会,两名男女涉嫌于2014年3月在振瑞路的一个组屋单位,谋杀当时年仅两岁半的女童,嫌凶是女童的亲生父母。当时该单位传出浓烈的臭味,警方在接获通报后,发现厨房的铁锅中装有一具尸骸,骨骸几乎已经烧成灰烬。

警方在初步调查以为尸骸是一个胚胎,但其后证实死者是一名两岁半的女童,可能已经死亡超过五年,而涉案凶手是女童的亲生父母(男三十一岁,女三十岁),为保护受害人与家属身份,法庭已发出限制令,禁止报道被告身份。

目前两名被告已被还押,正接受精神鉴定,而其母亲则因毒品与盗窃相关罪行被判处五年两个月的监禁。
