四年来守校外偷拍女生 前保险经纪认罪囚三个月罚8000元

四年来守在多所中学大门外,专门盯梢至少八名女学生的41岁偷拍狂男子,被控罪成需坐牢三个月和罚款8000元。律师引述23岁国大生三度非礼女子获轻判的例子,指被告自南大毕业,且拥有特许金融分析师的资格,尚有改造后造福社会的机会,请求轻判,却遭法官拒绝。

身为前保险经纪的被告冯宝全(译音)目前处于失业状况,他被控造成公共滋扰、失信、侮辱女性尊严、触犯防止骚扰法令等10项控状。

他被指于2013年开始就驻守在多间女子中学的门外,寻找他感兴趣的女生,甚至会设法获得对方的个资,并且跟踪和偷拍对方。

他会以填写调查问卷为由,让女生写下名字、电话号码及地址,有时还会拿着已开启录像功能的手机,在校外走动,摄下所有经过的女学生。

他也曾以对方裙子太短作为借口,偷拍下马林百列路一名女子的裙底风光,还想要将照片作为证据,送给服装设计师所组成的协会。

警方于2017年将他逮捕,发现他曾偷拍和跟踪至少八名女子,所拍下的照片多达上百张。

引述国大生案件求缓刑

他昨日在庭上面对五项触犯防止骚扰法令和一项侮辱女性尊严的控诉,他表示认罪。控方将其余的控状交由法官下判时,一并考虑。

其代表律师当时曾向法官求情,判他缓刑监视,因为被告为南大毕业生,拥有特许金融分析师的资格,若有机会向曾三度非礼女子而获轻判的国大生萧凯运(译音)般获得改造机会,一样能够造福社会。

主控官则反驳其说法,表示案件已来到了高庭,尚未完结。

法官下判时指出,由于被告的行为对受害者造成了不小的伤害,且被告的年龄或个人情况都不适合缓刑监视,所以就算他所犯的罪行比其他罪犯低,都不可能给予缓刑监视。

法官最后判他三个月的监刑和罚款8000元。
