二部门就审计报告纠正错误 加强监管津贴发放
审计署发表2018/2019财政年审计报告，榜上有名的卫生部和社会及家庭发展部表示，已经采取行动纠正错误、加强监管社会福利津贴计划。
卫生部在一项联合报告中指出，为了更准确发放社会福利津贴，已经展开数项措施，包括修订框架、改善程序、加强资讯科技和其他系统，以便进一步监管。
社会及家庭发展部则为了确保所有福利津贴的负责人员能够熟悉操作程序，已经展开内部程序改善工作。
在框架遵守方面，当局表示会定期进行检讨，并且与社会服务领域携手合作，在确保他们遵守框架和明智使用公款方面提供协助。
审计署于今天（16日）发表审计报告，指以上两个部门在监管社会在监管社会福利津贴计划方面，仍然有待加强。
当局也提出了建议，包括及时寻求批准拨款、查核津贴发放，以及对津贴受益人需要提交的文件进行跟进和评估。
