网友质疑“立国一代配套”无法助老人纾困,仅选举前的强销

今年2月,财政部长王瑞杰在2019年的财政预算案中,宣布设立“立国一代配套”,旨在协助立国一代的老人照顾他们的医疗保健需求。

政府表示为减缓年长者生活负担、让他们安享晚年,推出上述配套。符合资格的年长者,是指出生于1950年1月1日至1959年12月31日,以及 在1996年12月31日或之前成为新加坡公民。

此外,出生于1949年12月31日 或更早之前,以及在1996年12月31日或之前成为新加坡公民,并且未获得建国一代配套者,也复活的立国一代配套。

“立国一代配套”有多项方案,如今年起,连续五年,每年在符合资格的公民保健储蓄户头中填补200元,一直到2023年;一次性在符合资格的公民的百盛乐龄卡(Passion silver cards)中填补100元,鼓励他们保持活跃的生活;加入终身护保(CareShield Life)计划的公民,将能额外获得1500元的奖励金;终身获得终身健保(MediShield Life)保费额外津贴,额外5巴仙常年保费津贴,75岁以后,可获得的额外常年保费津贴将增至10巴仙。

为了能广泛推广配套,政府也于上月释出视频“Merdeka 5 For Life”说明老人的福利。该视频以脍炙人口歌曲《Mambo No. 5》为音乐,改编其歌词,将所有的好处都写入歌词中,并以五名老人演员载歌载舞,视频充满能量与欢乐。视频一出,已达到一百万观赏人数。

而在视频上载的官方脸书专页,许多网民也批评,“立国一代配套”的推出意味着,还有许多老人仍在水深火热的生活中,表明配套提供的是一次性的福利,而无法长久解决问题。

网友YtLam: 小心,如果有些东西是好的,真的好,超级好,就不用推广!这是强销;

网友Alvin Yeo: 我想知道现在还有多少建国一代老人正在为生活挣扎。没有任何不尊重的言论,只是仍然在小贩中心工作与清洁桌子。

网友BP Lim: 12345,全部建国一代需要工作到死!这不是现实吗!哈哈好难过但却非常真实!

另一方面,也有网友质问将不同年龄层的老年人分开的意义。他表示这样的分化政策应该要停止,也质问年轻一代应该在生活开销逐渐增长的年代应该如何面对老年后的生活。

 

网友SimonTay:为什么我们需要将不同年龄层分成不同代?我们都是新加坡人!老人到了一定年纪就应该被照顾。请停止这些把戏将所有的老人纳入其中!停止这种分化的政策!在我们眼里看着难受,每位新加坡的年轻人在未来肯定会面临负担更重的生活开销,当我们老了,包括我。

还有网友表示他们想要政府将辛苦攒下的公积金归还给人民,这样他们才能用在自己身上包括医疗照顾。

也有部分网民指出“立国一代配套”是政府向老人为下一届大选“买票”的做法。他们也厌倦了政府总是以“这样的配套洗脑人民”,一旦过了大选,便会再次将所有配套收回。
