人力部称去年雇员普遍获加薪 整体实得工资增幅4.2巴仙

人力部今日发文告称,2018年间随着经济与劳动市场好转,有不少企业为雇员增加工资。据调查显示,雇员均得到薪资提升。

”比起2017年,即使纳入通膨因素,去年各行业整体工资仍得到增长。企业依照2018/2019年国家工资委员会(NWC)的建议进行调薪。”

人力部发表《2018年工资报告》,指大部分产业的整体工资(包含雇主缴纳公积金)比往年高,2018年私人领域的整体工资增长4.6巴仙,高于2017年的3.8巴仙。

至于整体实得工资涨幅也较快,由2017年3.2巴仙增长一个百分点。

去年,多数产业的整体工资更高于前年,尤其在金融保险业及其他专业领域增幅最高。制造业、餐饮服务与零售业也同样增幅维持。

人力部指2018年为雇员加薪的企业从2017年的65巴仙,增加到去年的67巴仙。至于减薪的企业则从2017年的12巴仙,跌至去年的九巴仙。

总体而言,获得薪资增长的雇员比例从2017年的78巴仙,略升至去年81巴仙。他们的平均工资增幅在2017年的5.1巴仙增长至2018年5.8巴仙。

但对于薪资被裁减的雇员,他们薪资的平均减幅在去年达到4.3巴仙,比前年增长0.4巴仙。

不过被减薪员工的比例从2017年的10巴仙跌至去年的8巴仙。

调薪的主要因素为公司以及员工的表现。比起利润亏损的公司,利润收获较佳的公司将会为员工调薪及增加花红。

人力部调查显示,采纳国家工资委员会建议的企业,为外包低薪雇员涨工资的比例从2017年的44巴仙提升至去年55巴仙。

在2017年,薪资1200元或以下属低薪雇员。在2018年,这个标准提升至1300元。国家工资委会是建议,从2017为雇员起薪45-60元,调整至2018年的起薪50-70元。

低薪雇员雇佣率从2017年的48巴仙下降至2018年的45巴仙。其中无法加薪主要的原因为企业经营不善。
