泰大选成绩出炉 为泰党获最多议席

距泰国大选已近两个月,在宪法法院于星期三(5月8日)上午做出裁决和确认授权后,泰国选委会终于公布了该国2019年大选的成绩单。选委会列出了的分区议员正式名单,以及该国下议院149名非分区议员的正式名单。其中,清迈的一个选区需要重选。

据《央视》报导,获得最多席位者是为泰党,共136席、紧随在后的是人民力量党(Palang Pracharath Party,共115席)和未来前进党(80席)。

据悉,泰国新未来党获得最多非分区议席,多达50个席位,因此亲前首相他信的为泰党虽然获得最多席位,却不能在再最新非分区议员席位分配中获得任何席位,这也使得获得军方统治支持的巴育,有望继续执政。

根据该国宪法,未来的下议院将由350名直接选举产生的议员(分区议员),以及150名党派名单席位(不分区议员)组成。其中,全国350个选区各选出一名议员成为分区议员,再按各政党得票比例,确定各政党在不分区议员中的分配方案。

27政党组下议院

根据选委会预算,除了清迈北部的席位将于本月26日进行重选外,包括为泰党的七党联盟在拥有500个议席的众议院中,仅占了245个席位。

另外,还有20个党派也成功挤进下议员席位中,即下议院共由27个政党组成,创下了世界纪录。

二大党寻求联盟组政府

二大党,为泰党和人民力量党都因为得票没有过半,无法达到自行组阁的条件,所以都会寻找联盟合作伙伴。

为泰党联盟日前成立,除了该党本身,还有未来前进党、为国党(Pheu Chart Party)、国家党(Prachachart Party)、泰国自由党(Seri Ruam Thai )、泰国人民力量党和新经济党。他们全都是反对巴育连任总统的党派。

而巴育这名前陆军总司令,由人民力量党提名连任首相。

该党更扬言,可能寻求其他党派联盟合作。人民力量党党魁乌塔玛(Uttama Savanayana)在选举成绩公布前曾表示:“我相信人民力量党能够和拥有相同理念的政党合作,共组政府”。

有可能和该党合作联盟的党派包括了赢了52个席位的民主党、以及拥有51个席位的泰自豪党。另外,各占一个席位的13个小党派也可能加入联盟。分析家预计,还会有更多党派和人民力量党联盟。

10小党决定支持人民力量党

《泰国头条新闻》网指出,已有10个各占一个议席的小党,在经过统一商谈后,决定支持人民力量党,支持巴育续任首相,为国家的长远发展打算。惟,这10个小党都没有获得部长名额分配的资格。

泰国媒体预计,5月末的首次下议院大会中,将会推选下议院主席和副主席。目前议会主席是由泰自豪党资格最高的推荐议席议员,及91岁的奈猜暂代。
