There was a train disruption along the East West Line (EWL) this morning (3 Apr) allegedly due to a track fault. According to commuters’ information trains between Tuas Link and Clementi were affected in both directions.

No official information was given by SMRT on its social media pages.

Tommy Soon wrote at 8:15am: “After clementi is okay however is more then 10mins travelling time.”

Sean Goh shared a photo at 8:57am, he wrote: “0845 hours at Bedok Station.”

At 9:00am Ong Chee Kuan informed: “It seems to be fixed already. Otw to clementi, seems fine.”

No other post about the EWL delay on social media platform after about 9am.
