As part of GOJEK’s mission to lower the operating cost for driver-partners and provide them with better earning stability, the ride-hailing company has announced on Wednesday (13 March) its partnership with Singapore’s largest petrol and bank networks – Esso and DBS – to give its drivers competitive fuel rebates.

From 1 April, all GOJEK driver-partners will be able to enjoy an upfront discount of 20% when they purchase petrol at any of Esso’s 61 retail service stations around Singapore. If that’s not all, active driver-partners can also gain additional fuel rebates of up to about 12 per cent.

For driver-partners who use their DBS/POSB Debit Cards to pay for petrol at Esso stations, they will benefit additional rebates, with details on this scheme to be revealed within the next month.

This latest announcement of GOJEK’s alliance with Esso and DBS comes after the ride-hailing company revealed its partnership with Doctor Anywhere and Gigacover. This collaboration was to offer convenient for its driver-partners medical consultation services and Prolonged Medical Insurance respectively, which was part of a series of benefits aimed at boosting the well-being of driver-partners.
