针对国民服役人员军训事故课题 黄永宏下月国会发表部长声明

国会将在下月11日复会，届时国防部长黄永宏将针对近期以来，国民服役人员培训发生事故的课题，发表部长声明。 根据国防部文告，武装部队理事会针对冯伟衷军训事故事件，已在本月25日成立独立调查委员会（COI）。 独立调查委会将由一名法官担任主席，成员包括专科医生顾问、武装部队安全检讨顾问团成员（ERPSS）、工作场所安全与卫生理事会成员以及一名高级军官（战备军人）。 国防部强调，该委会成员中没有国防部或武装部队成员涉及，并拥有绝对权限，对有助查明事故的资料和证人展开调查，以确认事故发生的原因。 该委会也将向国防部提出相关建议，加强培训和操作方面的安全性。 国防部也重申服役人员的安全仍是国防部和武装部队的首要考量。目前武装部队减少了军训的频率和节奏，并评估部队中的安全规范。 28岁的本地艺人、战备军人冯伟衷一等中士，赴纽西兰参加军训因事故重伤身亡。他在1月19日维修一辆国产自走炮时，不幸在炮塔内被后移的炮管后端压伤，被送往医院抢救，惟仍无力回天，于23日晚8时45分逝世。
