女佣周日聚集地有商机 非法小贩卖肉丸汤遭取缔

看准女佣聚集地点有商机,非法小贩在周日到城市购物中心外草地,现场煮食牛肉丸汤(Bakso)售卖。不料,遭人举报而引来执法人员取缔,非法小贩和食客皆鸟兽散。

城市购物中心外草地,也是女佣在周日的聚集地,他们惯在地上铺垫野餐、聊天。相信有人看准商机,向女佣们兜售印尼美食牛肉丸。

不过,三名执法人员突然到场扫荡,非法小贩落荒而逃,只留下一地的碗盘、锅具和便携灶炉。

相信是印尼籍的网民季涵在本周日(16日)上传脸书,记录非法小贩被取缔后的情形。

录制视频的女子似乎对被取缔的小贩感到同情,并表示新加坡是个法治严明国家,随意兜售肉丸汤也会被取缔,呼吁同胞必须小心,避免触法。

印尼同胞提醒务必遵守本地法律

一些印尼客工则留言表示,其实执法人员已经提醒了他们几次,不过非法小贩的问题还是存在。

他们提醒在新加坡的同胞,必须遵守本地法律,因为这里有别于可自由兜售的印尼,在新加坡,他们领的是工作准证,就意味着他们不应从事其他活动,例如小贩或网购。

根据环境局条例,非法小贩的货物可被充公,初犯者可被罚款300元,此后罚款将提升至400元和500元,甚至是被控上庭。

根据《联合早报》报导,环境局去年取缔340名非法小贩,其中因售卖食品而遭取缔的超过200人。

根据环境局公布的数据,当局于2017年取缔了340名售卖食品或是家庭用品,以及手机配件等的非法小贩。

当中大部分都是售卖食品的非法小贩,他们所售卖的食物包括水果、乌打和咖喱角等。

据了解,因售卖食品而遭取缔的非法小贩超过200人,当局没收并销毁约两吨半来历不明的食品。
