Join RDA Singapore’s Inaugural Walk-a-Wheelathon Charity Carnival & Adoption Drive

Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) Singapore is holding their inaugural ‘Inclusion Walk-a-Wheelathon’ and World Animal Charity Carnival and Adoption Drive on 30th September.
They’re inviting everyone to come together and discover their hidden oasis in the centre of Singapore. The event will kick off with the Walk-a-Wheelathon which they hope will foster a sense of inclusiveness among the able and disabled within the community.
After the walk, participants can enjoy the charity carnival complete with pony and tractor rides, games, food stalls, craft stations, merchandise stores and even an adoption drive in collaboration with animal welfare groups such as OSCAS, Joyous Bark and Hope Dog Rescue.
There will also be plenty of family activities and treats where the entire family can learn all about animals and how they play a part in our lives, in particular, RDA’s horse-riding therapy for persons with disabilities.
RDA Singapore is the only local charity with a designated Centre (with 20 therapy horses) specifically running a therapeutic horse-riding programme for persons with disabilities.
RDA’s Inaugural “Inclusion Walk-A-Wheelathon” and World Animal Day Charity Carnival & Adoption Drive is happening on 20th September at 9am for the ‘Walk-a-Wheelathon’ while the carnival begins at 10am at the RDA Centre on Jalan Mashor.
Make sure you register for Pony Rides and get your carnival coupons ahead of time!
