民航局主席李显扬 交棒郑维荣
交通部于本月21日发表文告，新加坡民航局（CAAS）主席李显扬，将在本月30日卸任，交棒副主席郑维荣。
“作为交棒计划之一，郑维荣自2016年12月1日起，即受委为民航局副主席。”郑维荣也是永泰有限公司（Wing Tai Holding Limited）副主席、丰树产业（Mapletree Investments）和新加坡美术馆主席。
自2003年至2016年，郑维荣担任新翔集团（SATS）主席、1993年至2001年任新加坡旅游局主席。他也曾是国家艺术理事会主席、建筑业发展局（现为建设局）、市区重建局和新加坡航空董事。
文告称，郑维荣不论在私人和公共领域的丰富经验，将是民航局发展安全和充满活力民航枢纽的最大助力。郑维荣在2015年也获得功绩奖章（Meritorious Service Medal），以及2010年公共服务星章。
随着新加坡民航局改组和樟宜机场企业化，李显扬被委以重任，自2009年7月1日接掌民航局至今，对新加坡发展国际化航空枢纽，扮演重要角色。
交通部感谢在李显扬领导下，落实航空安全体系的现代化、樟宜东区规划、新加坡成为航空交通管理卓越中心，以及草拟无人航空系统法规。民航局也因此在区域与国际航空界奠定显赫公信力。
现今，新加坡机场每周拥有7千200趟班次，连接全球400多座城市。自2008年以来，乘客与航运流量从15巴仙迅速增长至65巴仙。空运吞吐量在2017年首次突破213万吨。
李显扬也是现任总理李显龙的弟弟，具有卓越经商能力，其父亲暨已故建国总理李光耀形容他“对投资很在行、非常精明”。
