“食物过敏可致命” 网民吁餐饮业者关注

本月17日,一名脸书用户张贴贴文,分享自己的可怕经历:在餐厅用餐,误食引起过敏食物而导致不适,被送入急诊部。他感叹民众对食物过敏的危害醒觉不高,呼吁餐饮业者在准备餐点时,对顾客的特别需求应更加敏感。

网民Huijin Jinnie说,她日前在裕廊坊购物中心的三盅两件餐厅和家人用餐,已特别提醒侍应,自己对海鲜过敏,不要在餐点中加入海鲜。

“我们点了三蛋菜,也再三确认向服务员确认没有海鲜。但是,我在吃了几口后,就感觉怪异,发现有疑似扇贝的碎片,我询问服务员,但他坚称这只是蛋碎。”

已再三提醒不加海鲜

这时,Huijin已感到很不舒服,皮肤瘙痒,眼睛开始红肿,“我再询问另一服务员,却没人理会。直到第四次,服务员才同意代为向厨房询问,得到的答案是他们只是放了一点扇贝而已。”

然而,这时Huijin 的心跳加速,她的母亲只好马上带她去找附近的综合诊所,但情况未好转,只得送入黄廷芳医院急诊部打点滴。

Huijin说,这已不是她第一次在餐厅或小贩中心用餐,因误食海鲜导致遇到食物过敏。她说她的现况已属幸运,有者因为误食致敏食物而丧失性命。

“我们普遍对食物过敏问题缺乏了解,特别是餐饮业者对这类顾客若缺乏敏感,都可能威胁性命安全。“

餐厅关切顾客健康

三盅两件餐厅管理层在得知Huijin的情况,也非常关切,马上联系其父母并给与必要的协助。

“我们严正看待此事,也将检讨和提醒厨房和侍应,在点餐时应多加留意,特别是顾客对特定食物过敏。”

餐厅对于Huijin的经历深感抱歉,也强调会避免上述事件再次发生。

去年8月,就曾发生一名妇女吃了两只虾,引起过敏反应而不幸逝世。
