Commuters experienced delay in the train service again this morning along North South Line (NSL).

However, the official reason of the delay was not clear as there was no announcement made by SMRT.

Commuters are left confused as to what was the actual reason for the delay on Tuesday morning.

A tweet from Mymuseandi raise questions about the information provided by SMRT at the station he is at and the confusion brought about. He noted that first it was a train fault and then a platform door fault.

Eddy Tan, another commuter also noted the confusion brought about by two different announcement for the cause of delay by the transport operator.
