Nine men aged between 20 and 30, were arrested for causing the death of a 31-year-old male in a fight which took place at a carpark in the Clarke Quay area on Sunday (16 April).
The 10 seconds video of the incident showed a man being kicked while another man with what appeared to be a rod, approached the other man who walked away.
A woman was seen trying to break the fight up.

Shin Min Daily News identified the victim as Mr Tan Jun Jie.
According to Shin Min, the victim was conveyed to Singapore General Hospital (SGH) after the attack.
The victim’s mother, a 52-year-old housewife who identified herself as Madam Huang Cuili, told Shin Min that  her son suffered from brain haemorrhage after the attack.
He was in a critical condition before succumbing to his injuries on Wednesday (19 April) at about 9.58 am.
The police said that it received a call for assistance along 3E River Valley Road at Clarke Quay on April 16 at 4.13am.
Nine suspects have been arrested, six of whom are held in custody. The police stated that three of the suspects were charged in court Thursday (20 April) for rioting with a deadly weapon. If convicted, they may be jailed up to 10 years, and are liable to be caned.
Three more will be charged on Friday with the same offence. Investigations against the last three suspects are still ongoing.
