A contribution from a typical Singapore sales bargain hunter
Ezbuy post:

” BIGGEST warehouse sales from 17th to 19th Feb! Over 150,000 brand new products starting as low as $1. **pssst, trying to clear our warehouse lah so everything will be cheap!
Date & Venue: 17 – 19 Feb 2017, 11am to 8pm, 1 Greenwich Drive #01-01 S(533865)”

My experience on 17th Feb.
You basically queue for hours just to flip and throw, to go thru apparels and random cheap china made shit in lines of big Tupperware boxes.
If you get lucky, maybe you’ll be able to dig something you like. If you don’t, you will still feel compelled to buy something at least for a dollar (came-all-the-way-here-can’t-go-home-empty-handed-right? feeling).
It is just like going to Daiso and end up buying things you don’t REALLY need, except Daiso is neat and you don’t queue for hours, BUT this warehouse sale everything is all mixed like KNS. (Kids, ladies clothes, cheap fake bags all mixed in a big Tupperware container.) Like a Rojak.
I came here SPECIFICALLY to see what furnishing I can get for my house, when I reached there earlier and saw the situation, I even stopped my husband not to drive down straight after his work, but only until I am 15mins into the “Hunting Game”. (Pointless to come join me along with me because he will have to join a “later” group to queueing by the time he arrives, and nowhere to park since LTA there to summon ALL vehicles parked alOng the stretch. I Decided that I will take pics of furniture and WhatsApp to communicate with him instead)
I went straight to the bulk section. Furniture are not extensive, and a lot of big packs of boxes, like IKEA flat pack boxes, God knows what is in there, and since you only have 30mins to cover after HOURS of queueing, u want to fast fast scan cover every part of the sale. An office chair for $50? And have to ownself bring home? Cheap meh? Opt for $20 delivery option for 3pc bulk transport.
I do see people trying to drag big bulk buys out of the carpark to their car, maybe 50m, maybe 100m, depends on how far their vehicle is parked??
I’m so called lucky as I queued for an hour to get in the hunt at 6.30pm today, compared to 3-4hrs wait earlier today at 12 pm.
Is it worth the queue?
Yes only if you have the time and don’t mind sweeping like a crazy woman for 30mins, hoping to get lucky in the dip, and possibly buying 90% things you DON’t need. Must drink plenty of water because people are squashed together and so many different smells of men’s sweat n B.O, I got dehydrated, my head was dizzy during the hunt, and I don’t even know what I was really trying to look for.
Not worth, please skip. Don’t even consider. Is over advertised.
Because things ARE NOT so called hugely discounted cheap, and I feel like we are just helping Ezbuy to clear their shit in the warehouse. Is like just another temporarily Pasar Malam, lelong lelong, mostly rejects.
I ended up buying a short white pants that I really like,(luckily) a long pant that I could use for work but don’t really need, and three apparels and a random $1 cheap small pencil set for my baby niece, cos I just can’t see any worthy thing to buy. So, 4 x $5 items and 2 x $1 item.
Damage: $22
Time effort: 2hrs (incl. 30min shopping time allowance)
Today is Friday working day, and already typically 2-4hrs effort, tomorrow Saturday/Sunday even lagi vomit blood.
P.s: rem to bring your own bag, because read this, they charge you $1 for a plastic bag/recycle bag if you need 1.

ezbuy.sg issued a response on the reflection by the above shopper.
Dear Bargain Hunter. Thank you so much for your good feedback.
On behalf of ezbuy.sg, I am so very sorry to hear your visit down to the warehouse yesterday yielded little and was largely a negative experience.
If I may, I would like to clarify, that none of the items on sale are rejects. All items on sale are brand new. Our sale started at 11am but a very long queue started to form from 9am onwards!
I guess when it comes to a sale, Singaporeans are just excellent bargain hunters!
Throughout the day, our warehouse staff worked very hard and replenished stock as much as they frenetically could though, the early visitors did manage to find good bargains and excellent finds including espresso machines, air-fryer, top-line furniture, in-season apparel and limited edition collectibles, to name a few.
This could very well explain why at 6:30pm, and with more than 6,000 visitors clocking in, you may have found the quality and selection of items underwhelming and in partial disarray.
You have given good comments and we will certainly be looking into how we can further better crowd management, layout of sale items, and car park amenities.
We did, preemptively prior to the sale, inform all who would attend – items that will be on sale and the pricing bandwidth, that we would offer delivery service for bulk items, that customers should bring their own carry bags or trolleys, and advised on accessibility in regards to public transport and car park facilities.
Thank you and yours truly, ezbuy.sg.
