Delay on CCL due to intermittent signal interference

Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT) has asked commuters to expect for service delays on its CIrcle Line (CCL) due to intermittent signal interference during afternoon rush hour today (3 November).
It also said that for safety, CCL trains are manned this evening.
Land Transport Authority (LTA) and SMRT have just announced on Wednesday (2 November) that their preliminary investigations into the major service disruption on the Circle Line (CCL) on Wednesday could be similar to that of the incidents in September this year and said that temporary telecommunication signal suspensions to be carried out to assist in investigations.
One of the Twitter users, Patrick Khaw, said that train bound for Bishan stopped at Botanic Garden for four minutes.
Another user, Kito Rodriguez, asked SMRT for any information regarding the train that moved in a slower pace.
