Dear readers,

As I will be overseas during the period of 18 September to 3 October for my National Service at Australia with little to no internet access*, TOC will be assisted by volunteer editors to edit and publish the articles.

During this period of time, the quality of the edits will definitely increase with their professional help but at the same time, as they are volunteering out of their busy schedule, the number of articles published will likely be much lesser.

Please do not expect TOC to respond to any sudden news during this period of time.
