A large tree fell along the road in front of Raffles Hotel today (17 September) at around 6 pm, block four lanes of Bras Basah Road.

Shintanico wrote on her Instagram account that the tree suddenly fell right in front of her hotel room.

Pipa.ccc also posted the picture of the fallen tree with traffic police directing passers-by. The tree was soon cleared away within a short while.

The location is just a few blocks from the F1 Singapore Grand Prix.
