It’s that time of year again; when people gather with friends and families to celebrate the year that’s been and make plans for the year that’s coming. It’s a season of giving, which also means that it’s a time of desperate holiday shopping wondering what the heck to give your mother/grandfather/partner this Christmas. Or maybe you just want to shop for yourself, just for the heck of it. That’s okay too! In the spirit of goodwill, TOC brings you a series of Christmas Lobangs.
You don’t get more of a lobang than free. The Singapore Really Really Free Market, which encourages people to break away from materialism and hoarding to reuse and share things, is back for its Christmas edition.
Drop by to see if there are any books, toys, clothes, even pieces of homeware that might be of use to you. If you feel like you have too much stuff in your home, feel free to bring your own things to trade and share! There will be some mats available but it might be better to bring your own to make sure that there’s space for your stuff.
If you have a skill to share, you’ll also be welcome!
Singapore Really Really Free Market:
