Two men arrested for attempting to depart Singapore illegally

Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA) reports that two men were arrested on 25 November 2015 for attempting to leave Singapore illegally. At about 4.40am on 25 November, officers at the Woodlands Checkpoint spotted two black trash bags floating near the shoreline along the Causeway.
