Pan Pacific Singapore’s international culinary theatre Edge was crowned with the coveted Best Buffet Award in Wine & Dine Singapore’s Top Restaurants 2015 at its 30th Anniversary Gala Dinner.
The Best Buffet Award recognises Edge for its outstanding cuisine, impeccable service and memorable dining experience. In acknowledgement of this achievement, Edge was presented a Best Buffet Plaque and awarded one star in Wine & Dine Singapore’s Top Restaurants 2015.
The winner was selected by a judging panel who went incognito for culinary tastings at various restaurants. Every year, a panel of experts including food connoisseurs and industry personalities are stringently selected to assess local restaurants based on taste, service, ambience and overall dining experience and will award stars for food, service, wine selection, ambience, value for money.
