SEA Games 2015 logoThe Singapore Police Force has announced road closures for the South-East Asian Games, which will happen from 6 June to 7 June for the marathon and triathlon events.

For the triathlon, East Coast Park Service Road (between car park E2 and Tanah Merah Flyover) will be closed to vehicular traffic from 8.00 am to 10.30 am on 6 and 7 June.

For the marathon, the following roads will be affected on 7 June:

The carriageway of Stadium Drive in the direction of Stadium Boulevard (between Stadium Road and Stadium Boulevard)
The carriageway of Stadium Walk in the direction of Stadium Way (between Stadium Boulevard and Stadium Crescent)
The carriageway of Stadium Crescent in the direction of Stadium Way (between Stadium Walk and Stadium Way)
Stadium Way in the direction of Tanjong Rhu Road (between Stadium Crescent and Tanjong Rhu Road) 5.00 am to 8.00 am
Tanjong Rhu Road in the direction of Fort Road (between Stadium Way and Fort Road)
The carriageway of Fort Road in the direction of Marina Coastal Expressway (between Tanjong Rhu Road and East Coast Parkway)
East Coast Park Service Road (between Fort Road and Big Splash car park entrance) 5.00 am to 9.00 am
The carriageway of Rhu Cross in the direction of Tanjong Rhu View (between entrance to Gardens by the Bay East and Tanjong Rhu View)
Extreme left lane of Bayfront Avenue in the direction of Marina Boulevard (between lamp post 80F and Raffles Avenue)
The carriageway of Republic Boulevard in the direction of Raffles Avenue (between lamp post 15/1F and Crawford Street) 6.00 am to 10.00 am
Two left lanes of Nicoll Highway in the direction of Raffles Boulevard (between Middle Road and Mountbatten Road)
The carriageway of Republic Avenue in the direction of Crawford Street (between Republic Boulevard and Crawford Street)

During the road closure, access into the above-mentioned roads will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles.

Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed away.
