Singapore owned YUEN development launches sale of luxe condo in Cambodia’s city of the future
Bookings outperform expectations at 60 percent with Singaporeans and Overseas investors forming bulk of buyers.
YUEN Development Co., Ltd, a Singapore-owned property developer, officially launched the sale of its phase one luxury condominium – La Vie Residences. Located in Chroy Changvar – Cambodia’s city of the future and adjunct to the capital city of Phnom Penh, La Vie Residences is priced at attractive median tiers starting from USD112,888 for a one-bedroom apartment.
Headlining today’s investor-studded launch was His Excellency Mr Ly Thuch, Senior Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia who partook in the event formalities followed by a tour of La Vie’s spanking new and extensive showroom. Quipped His Excellency Mr Thuch: “This showcasing of what living is like in a La Vie unit coupled with readily-available information and architectural renderings will certainly draw would-be international buyers to invest in La Vie. I wish YUEN Development every success in its endeavor to build and sell value-based real estate equity in Cambodia’s city of the future.”
Darren Yap, Director and Chief Executive Officer of YUEN Development Co., Ltd. offered his incisive thoughts in his keynote speech: “La Vie’s biggest selling point is its attractive entry-level pricing structure. It’s luxe positioning is backed by imported top-of-line fixtures and amenities comparable to Singapore’s luxury condo developments. International expertise in the arena of design and architecture affords La Vie an impressive residential asset to add to your already existing investment portfolio. With a sweeping driveway and lobby extending upwards 10 metres in height and a towering condo block that promises unparalleled vistas of the famed Tonle Sap and Mekong River, owning a La Vie unit is guaranteed to clinch above-market rental yields and long-term capital gains.”
La Vie Residences is a 17-storey 180-unit freehold condominium. With a total built-up area of 280,000 sq ft, La Vie’s residential units range from one-, two- and three-bedrooms. Residents can expect exclusive access to La Vie’s round-the-clock barbecue pit, fully equipped gym and swimming pool. Each unit comes decked with generous spaces built for seamless living. Oversized windows play on natural light during the day whilst offering spectacular views of the city in the night. La Vie is also located along National Road 6 which forms part of the iconic ASEAN Highway. Up and coming shopping malls offering a full suite of international retail and restaurant brands, banking and medical amenities will be located close to La Vie.
States Darren: “With two more phases of mix-use projects in the pipeline, we at YUEN Development view investing in the Kingdom of Cambodia highly scalable. The future for Cambodian property is in Chroy Changvar and now is the time to buy. As the Kingdom of Cambodia looks forward to the 2015 ASEAN integration, we are pleased to say that all La Vie projects are inter-connected to the ASEAN Highway. Being located in such strategic spots secures YUEN Development’s commitment to a functioning business model that is sustainable in the long-term. In other words, we take pride in responsible real estate development that looks to harnessing the best returns for our buyers.”
