Declare false statement, or face court order under harassment law: Mindef to Dr Ting
Dr Ting Choon Meng has received a lawyer’s letter from the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) threatening to use the Protection from Harassment Act against him unless he signs a written undertaking.
We understand from Dr Ting that he is currently taking legal advice on a response.
