SADPC – Dismay at 24 cane strokes for former death sentence convict.

Singapore Anti-Death Penalty Campaign (SADPC) issued a press release in response to the judgement to have the death sentence of 23 year old Fabian Adiu Edwin to be commuted to life imprisonment.
