On Sunday 1 July, 2 – 5pm, the Women Democrats are organising a health talk for women to encourage them to take good care of themselves. Do take the time to attend what promises to be a beneficial workshop for you. The panel, which includes Dr. Ang Yong Guan and Dr. Tan Lip Hong, will speak on diet, fitness, mental and physiological health issues. More details here.
