DFS裁员风波：调整被裁雇员遣散费

日前遭传将裁员的DFS烟酒免税店，在经过多轮的谈判后，向裁员员工提供新的遣散配套。 据《今日报》报导，DFS集团写给被裁员工的通知书上表示，目前将根据雇员工作年资历获得每年一个月的薪水，以工龄25年为上限。据悉，之前在遣散费的比例，仅达上限13年，低于人力部的规定准则。 据报道，被裁员工已在周一受到公司消息，并请求他们到位于菜市区的办公室讨论遣散费的新条款。 DFS发言人表示，综合员工的反馈与遵照新加坡劳商工友联合会（Singapore Manual and Mercantile Workers’ Union）的意见，致力在裁员事件上取得平衡。他续指，该公司与劳资政公平与良好雇佣联盟，与外部就业机构，在过渡期一同协助受影响的员工。” 今年8月，DFS烟酒免税商店宣布明年6月退出樟宜机场，当时已预计近百名员工将失去工作。而DFS则向《商业时报》透露，DFS聘请约500名员工经营机场分行，因此他们在DFS结束运营后将会分散到各地的分行工作，或可以选择与新的运营商或其他机场商店合作。 出乎意料的是，DFS却被爆出在一个月后采取大规模的裁员活动，大部分的员工来自史各士路的DFS T广场，指60多名DFS T广场（T…
