In the past several weeks and months, The Online Citizen interviewed various groups of Singaporeans – from the young to the older heartlanders, from law students to working adults. We also launched a special Facebook page asking for readers to support the call by posting pictures of themselves.

Now, we have compiled all of these into our campaign video.

Please do help us spread the word. 139 countries around the world have abolished the death penalty. Only 13 countries have the mandatory death penalty, including Singapore.

Our call is for our government to impose a moratorium on the mandatory death penalty.
