You can save on last-minute bookings with these Expedia credit card promotions, if you make them before 31 December 2016.
Expedia Mastercard Promo: 12% Off Hotels
Book your hotel stay on Expedia.com using any Mastercard credit card and you’ll receive 12% discount on your booking.
To redeem the offer, just enter the first 6 digits of your credit card. There is no minimum stay required, and the discount apply on discounted ‘Expedia Rate’ listings, which means you’ll save even more on your holiday.

Expedia Amex Promo: 10% Off Hotels
American Express cardmembers will receive a 10% discount when booking a hotel through Expedia.com.
The promotion is governed by similar terms as above. Only Expedia Rate listings are eligible and the booking must be made before 31 December. However, there is no minimum stay required if you book using an American Express credit card.
Make use of your American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Credit Card for a more rewarding trip. If you travel during December, you will earn 2 air miles for every S$1 spent overseas.
As the premier American Express air miles card, the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Credit Card comes with a generous welcome offer: 5,000 KrisFlyer miles for the first purchase you put on your card.
And If you charge at least S$700 within the first 6 months of receiving your card, you’ll earn an additional 4,500 miles.

Expedia POSB and DBS Promo: 10% Off Hotels
Holders of DBS and POSB credit cards, too, can save 10% on their hotel bookings when choosing an Expedia Rate hotel offer.
The discount is only valid for stays of at least 2 nights, and you’ll need to make your booking before 31 December. To redeem the discount, simply enter the first 6 digits of your credit card number when booking on Expedia’s website.
We recommend using your DBS Altitude Visa or American Express card to rack up air miles when you book on Expedia.com. The Altitude card will earn you 6 DBS Points (equivalent to 3 air miles) per S$1 spent.

Expedia UOB Card Promotion: 10% Off Hotels
Expedia.com provides great offers on hotels worldwide via their ‘Expedia Rate’ listings. With UOB credit cards, you can save a further 10% on these discounted hotel stays.
All you have to do is to pick a Expedia Rate listing, and enter the first 6 digits of your credit card when making a booking. Your stay will need to be at least 2 nights long, though, and your booking has to be made by the end of the year.
If you have a UOB PRVI Miles card, you can earn extra air miles when booking hotels stays, flights, or a combination of the two. You’ll earn UNI$15 for every S$5 charged on these expenses, which is equivalent to 6 PRVI miles for every S$1 spent.

Expedia Standard Chartered Promo: 10% Off Hotels
Use your Standard Chartered credit card for your hotel bookings and receive a 10% discount.
As with the other offers above, only hotel listings marked with ‘Expedia Rate’ are eligible for the discount, and you’ll need to make your booking before 31 December, once again.
There’s no minimum stay required though, so you’ll enjoy savings even for a short weekend breather.

Expedia OCBC Promotion: 10% Off Hotels
Holders of OCBC credit cards will also receive a 10% discount when booking an Expedia Rate hotel offer. There’s a minimum booking of 2 nights required to claim the offer, though.
However, as noted above, the booking period for OCBC cards is until 31 January 2017, with the stay period valid until 30 April, so you have more time to plan your holiday.
We recommend booking your Expedia hotel stays using the OCBC FRANK credit card, so you can earn 6% cashback on your online transaction. Do note that you’ll need to spend at least S$400 on offline merchant purchases for the month in order to qualify for the cashback though.

Do remember that these are valid for bookings made by 31 December 2016. However, your stay period extends through 31 March 2017, so you can plan an escape to recover from all that year-end partying.
(For OCBC cards, the booking period is until 31 January 2017, and stay period is until 30 April 2017).
These offers can also only be used once per qualifying person. In the case of bookings for multiple rooms, the discount will be applied on one room only.
